Guam - Joshua Jerome Hadley, 22, pleaded not guilty in the Superior Court today for drug possession charges. Court documents state on April 10, Hadley allegedly possessed an amphetamine-based controlled substance. He was charged with possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and possession with the intent to distribute.

It's not clear in the court documents just how much of the drug Hadley is alleged to have had.

For the time being, he asserted his right to a speedy trial and has a trial setting before Judge Michael Bordallo on May 3 at 9am.
