Man pleads not guilty for CSC charge

Guam - A 43-year-old man is behind bars after he allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with a minor. Court documents state Danny Reyes Zamora, between October 2003 and October 2005, allegedly had sexual contact with a minor who was 7 at the time.

Zamora was booked and confined on two counts of second degree criminal sexual conduct. 

Zamora pleaded not guilty in the Superior Court of Guam today and asserted his rights to a speedy trial. He has a pretrial conference scheduled before Judge Anita Sukola on April 29 at 9am.
