Guam - A couple of measures will go up for a public hearing on Monday, April 18 before the Committee on Youth, Cultural Affairs, Procurement, General Government Operations and Public Broadcasting. The first being Bill 126, introduced by Senator Tony Ada relative to allowing the recording of open meetings.
Also to be discussed is Bill 125, introduced by Vice Speaker B.J. Cruz relative to the termination of health insurance providers that provide services to GovGuam employees and retirees.
A confirmation hearing will also be held for Jenevieve Sablan Ooka to sit as a member on the Guam Council on the Arts and Humanities Agency. The hearing will begin at 10am.
