Guam - Despite how creative they're getting, they're still getting caught. Paul Nelson Perez was apprehended after the U.S. Postal Inspection Service intercepted an express mail package that contained a snow globe filled with 425 grams of liquid meth.
Agents apprehended Perez when he went to pick up the package at the Agana Post Office and also conducted a search warrant at his home in Toto, where they found four additional empty snow globes that had ice residue and $18,000 cash.
Perez faces a charge of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and has a preliminary hearing on April 27.
