Guam - A public school bus caught fire in Yigo as it was being towed to the Department of Public Works compound in Upper Tumon for brake repairs and a flat tire. Firefighters were called to the scene and extinguished Bus B22.
A preliminary determination has been made that the fire was electrical in nature. The fire caused total damage to the bus. According to DPW, the agency as 110 operational buses and has reduced is fleet rental from 15 to one.
