Guam - Joshua Pangelinan Cruz faces a charge of aggravated assault with a special allegation of possession of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony. According to the magistrate's complaint, the 25-year-old allegedly struck another man with a baseball bat at the Royal Garden Condominium in Tamuning.

A security guard watched as Cruz got out of a car and walked up to a group of male individuals. He then went back to his car, grabbed a bat and struck one of the men in the head resulting in the victim sustaining a one-inch gash to his right eyebrow.
