Guam - Details about a search warrant that was executed by federal authorities on April 1 were unsealed today in the District Court. The warrant stemmed from a retail theft complaint at DFS in Tumon. Local and federal agents executed a warrant at 314 South Ukudu Pipeline in Dededo.
According to court documents, law enforcement officers seized 15 marijuana plants, a glass pipe, digital scale, wireless cameras, 18 firearms - some with the serial numbers scratched out and more than 300 rounds of ammunition and $1,600 in cash. The property receipt also shows that authorities seized a shipping and storage container bearing a Guam Police Department property label.
GPD Spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia says the department is currently looking into how the owner was able to obtain the container. The house is listed as belonging to Rudy P.H. Sablan.
According to KUAM News archives, Sablan was arrested and charged locally with possession of a controlled substance following the execution of that warrant.
