Guam - Senator Ben Pangelinan continues laying into Governor Eddie Calvo, suggesting he's not paying tax refunds or government raises because he's hoarding the cash to pay for the government's health insurance contract. The measure also creates a hotline for taxpayers to receive an update on the status of their income tax refund payments.
