Guam - In basketball news the Guam Island Dragons are sending a total of 4 teams to Saipan to compete in the RBC Easter Basketball Invitational Tournament. The teams leave April 14 along with the MTM Falcons and will be the only two organizations competing against the Saipan teams.

Coach Ryan Camacho told KUAM Sports, "Well we have been preparing for quite a while now and our program runs year long and just recently we have been getting ready for 2 months for this tournament. It's just to build friendship with islands, Saipan and Guam and other teams and we are basically going out there for experience and get the kids to experience a new island and other cultures and stuff like that."

The team is still currently raising funds for the trip and will have a car wash taking place this Sunday in Tamuning. The group is having a car wash at Horse and Cow from 10am to 4pm and we are calling out to the island of Guam to come support us this Sunday. You can call Coach Ryan at 967-3551 and Coach Ron at 488-0731.
