8-hour water outage planned for Mangilao

Guam - Mangilao residents living along Mariano Road will want to conserve water, as the Guam Waterworks Authority will be shutting off water for eight hours starting Friday night at 9 o'clock.

GWA crews along with a private contractor will be working on lines in the area. Water should be restored at 5 in the morning Saturday.
