Tenorio attends fed-state relations meeting

Guam - Lieutenant Governor Ray Tenorio joined other lieutenant governors from throughout the nation in Washington, DC to discuss topics such as international trade, higher education, health care reform and other elements vital to the economic recovery and development of the states and territories.

Tenorio also addressed issues the island is currently facing such as the China-Russia Visa Waiver Program and other federal regulations that affect Guam.
