Guam - KUAM thanks all of you who participated in Tuesday night's pledge drive to raise money for the victims of the disaster in Japan. Within a span of four and a half hours together, $19,815 was raised in relief. All the proceeds will go to the American Red Cross, which will be remitted to the Japanese Red Cross.
And just a reminder, you have until next Tuesday to drop-off your pledges to the KUAM Studios in Harmon. You can also still purchase a limited edition commemorative "Rise Up Japan" t-shirt designed by DNA Evolution, as they're being sold at the company's Tumon store, with all proceeds likewise going to the American Red Cross.
