Guam - The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is seeking input from the public on the proposed prevailing wage rates received from the Guam Department of Labor for H2-b workers on island. The proposal addresses 17 construction worker categories that currently are getting paid hourly rates ranging from $10.98 to $16.80.

The proposed wage increases range from $11.61 to $17.62. That's about an average increase of six percent. USCIS encourages the public to comment on the proposed wage increases for H2-b workers. The deadline to comment is April 18.

You can submit comments at Regulations.gov.
