Hotline opened for stranded residents

Guam - The Governor's Office says if any resident has a family member or friend who lives in a low-lying area who does not have a phone to contact the Office of Civil Defense at 475-9600 and give them directions to the person's home. 

The agency will coordinate transportation to bring them to higher ground.
