Guam - A press conference is being held today to release details about Lina'la, a culture and eco-adventure theme park. The project is on 25 acres of prime beach property at Gun Beach in Tumon. The park is projected to be Guam's newest attraction for visitors and residents alike.

The first phase of the park will feature three primary elements: a zipline thrill ride, a beach bar/restaurant, and the main anchor attraction, the Chamorro Cultural Park. Baldyga Group has been holding back the public announcement pending finalization of the archeological work that took nearly a full year of effort.

The company believes the project will help Guam reposition itself away from a "close and cheap" visitor destination and towards "unique (culture) and highly valued place to live, work, and play."
