Guam - For the past 40 years, local businessman Chuck Wu has been providing various types of services to the people of Guam, having created businesses such as Sunny Wholesale and Sunny Market, and was even recognized after starting a cellular phone and airtime reselling company under AAA Cellular back in the early 1990s.

Chuck along with this wife Shiu-Fong have been in Taiwan for the past three years, but are back on Guam to celebrate 40 years of providing services to Guam. Chuck was born in Taiwan but migrated with his family to Guam in 1971. He began his business during a time when there were many challenges on infrastructure and other external issues.
