Positive testimony for Benito Servino

Guam - Appearing before lawmakers for his confirmation hearing was Bennie Servino. He was appointed by Governor Eddie Calvo to serve as the director of the Department of Integrated Services for Individuals with Disabilities. Servino moved back to Guam five weeks ago, leaving his family back in the mainland.

He says it was a difficult decision but wanted to come back to island to use his 20 years of experience in this field to give back to the island community.  He announced, "I feel I possess the passion, knowledge, skills and abilities to lead DISID."
