DPW bus driver cited for unsafe lane change

Guam - Fortunately no students were injured after their bus driver changed lanes and hit an SUV. The incident happened this afternoon along Route 8 in Barrigada.

Guam Police Department Spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia says 35 JFK High School students were on board but were not injured. The driver of the SUV, however, suffered minor injuries.

The bus driver was cited for making an unsafe lane change. Another bus was called in to transfer the students. Bus Operations is looking into the incident.
