Felix Pangelinan named PAG deputy manager

Guam - With close to three decades of service at the Port, Felix Pangelinan has been appointed as the deputy general manager of the agency for the next 90 days.  Pangelinan started working at the port authority as an equipment operator and worked his way up through the ranks to assistant harbormaster.

Taking on this new role, Pangelinan says he looks forward to working with the board, management and employees as they continue with the monumental efforts already underway to modernize the commercial sea port.
