Four people submitted letters of interest - Robert Cruz, John Paul Hopkins, Robert James O'Mallan and Albert Silos. The board will interview the candidates and announce their selection during their next meeting
Staff at the Guam Election Commission meanwhile have finalized their responses to the complaints they received from last year's election and are awaiting board approval before they are issued.
