Guam - A man who went on a drunken criminal mischief spree last night in Sinajana picked the wrong neighborhood to mess with. Ton Rosokow allegedly was under the influence of alcohol and began kicking vehicles in a neighborhood.

His rampage eventually ended...when he kicked an unmarked police car parked at the residence of an off-duty police officer.

The cop and two of his neighbors were able to apprehend Rosokow who was arrested and charged with assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness.
