Guam - Yet another serious crash occurred this afternoon, this time in Asan. It happened along Marine Corps Drive around 2:30 this afternoon. According to Guam Fire Department spokesperson Captain Andy Arceo a car crashed head on into a mass transit bus.

The Jaws of Life had to be used to get the male victim out of his car. The man along with his 6-year-old son was rushed to Guam Memorial Hospital where a nursing supervisor says they will both have to undergo extensive x-rays. Both north and southbound traffic had to be diverted, while police conducted their investigation.

The Guam Police Department meanwhile reclassified the accident from being serious to an injury crash.
