Guam - Indictments were handed down against the three teenagers accused in that terrible carjacking and attempted kidnapping case from a few weeks ago. The three boys and a 15-year-old girl allegedly beat the victim, threw him in the trunk and took off with his car. The victim luckily managed to get away and seek help.

The three boys - Jessie Nojadera, Justin Cruz and David Pocaigue, Jr. are being held on $75,000 cash bail each. They are scheduled to be arraigned in the Superior Court tomorrow. They face up to 10 years in jail along with a $10,000 fine. We should note it was the help from the island community that helped bring this case to justice.
