Most of Tumon spends day without water

Guam - A large chunk of Tumon will be without water until six o'clock this evening. According to the water agency the areas affected are from the bottom of JFK Hill to the Westin Resort. Guam Waterworks Authority crews are working on repairing the damaged water line in front of The Outrigger.
