Guam - The Guam Memorial Hospital board of trustees is meeting tonight to accept the terms of a $12 million loan agreement with the Bank of Guam. Last week Governor Eddie Calvo signed-off on the loan and tonight is the final step necessary before the hospital actually obtains the money.
Officials have said the money will be used to pay vendors that provide medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and others that have a direct impact on patient care.
The board meeting begins at 7pm.
