Guam - The Port Authority of Guam met with the members of the Guam Legislature who sit on the agency's oversight committee. Lawmakers got a synopsis of the Port's modernization plan and upcoming capital improvement projects.
Phase I of the plan, known as The Upland Improvement Project, will start later this year and will cost $105 million. The second phase, In-Water Work, will include the structural rehabilitation of berths. That iteration will cost $110 million.
