Guam - Former police officer Troy Morrison may not see his case go to trial. During a status hearing this week, there was discussion for a motion for diversion, which essentially would allow Morrison to comply with various court-ordered mandates. The former law enforcement officer pleaded not guilty to criminal charges of family violence, stalking, child abuse and violation of a court order.
A hearing on the motion for diversion is scheduled for February 8 before Presiding Judge Alberto Lamorena.
