Guam - Edith Surigao was supposed to appear in the Superior Court on Tuesday for a continued restitution hearing, but she was a no-show. Surigao pleaded guilty in 2009 to drafting fraudulent court documents claiming a local company owed her family a $14 million settlement to purchase several vehicles.
The court has scheduled another restitution hearing for April 28. She was ordered to serve six months behind bars on weekends.
