Guam - Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo will be sitting next to South Carolina Representative Joe Wilson tomorrow during President Barack Obama's State of the Union Address. Wilson's name should sound familiar, During Obama's address on health care in September 2009, he yelled "You Lie!". According to a report on CNN, it was Democratic Senator Mark Udall who suggested the idea of mixed seating for the upcoming Presidential address. Bordallo and California Representative Susan Davis invited Wilson to sit next to them.

KUAM-TV will be broadcasting the President's address on Wednesday live on TV8 beginning at 12pm.
