Guam - Attorney Gary Gumataotao, on behalf of Carlo Branch, has filed a complaint in the Superior Court of Guam against the Guam Election Commission. According to Gumataotao, the complaint is based on violations of the Open Government Law. The attorney, and former candidate for attorney general, says his client is hoping to void all actions by the Guam Election Commission's board of directors members taken during meetings they've held since September 2010.
According to the complaint, the Guam Election Commission failed to meet public notice requirements.
