Guam - The sub-lease will end in April between PriceMart and the Department of R Revenue & Taxation. According to the agency's acting director, John Camacho, they may be able to go on a month to month basis to use the facility, but of more concern is the master lease between PriceMart and JoeTen that expires in August.
"We invested a lot on this building, I think $1.5 million to do all these improvement and the government has paid it back," Camacho explained. "Having another year-to-year lease hopefully we can work something out with JoeTen in a reasonable fair rental value."
Camacho says they're current location is a plus, and eventually would like to own its own building.
