Triathlon this weekend in Piti

Guam - In Triathlon news, the Stick-N-Back Super Sprint Triathlon takes place on Sunday, January 16 at the former USO in Piti. Showtime is at 6:00 a.m. with go time set for 7:00 a.m. The course will consist of a 200-meter swim and transition to a 10K bike ride and finish up with a 3K run. Entry fee is $20.00 or for $40.00 receive a race entry plus one-year membership in the Guam Triathlon Federation.

Membership includes a T-shirt plus discounts on races and more. Mandatory equipment: Bike, helmet, running shoes. Register at Hornet Sports in Tamuning until 5:00 p.m. January 15th. No race day registration will be allowed.
