Guam - The Guam Visitors Bureau, meanwhile, says this year should be a good one as arrivals are expected to see a major spike. GVB Deputy General Manager Ernie Galito saying charter flights are expected to increase from China, Taiwan and Korea.
He adds consumer confidence is also starting to build in Guam's major source market of Japan. The addition of Jin Air has increased arrivals from Korea while the island will see an additional increase in Chinese and Taiwanese visitors taking charter flights to Guam for Chinese New Year.
