Guam - Michelle Paet will face the death penalty for allegedly plotting with three other people to have her husband Nathan murdered. She along with Michael Rodriguez, with whom she confessed she was having an affair, and Corry Hawkins will also face the death penalty. The fourth suspect Jessica Austin will not.
Michelle Paet confessed to law enforcement authorities in Las Vegas, Nevada that she plotted to kill her husband who was stationed at Nellis Air Force Base, to cash in on his life insurance policies totaling more than a half-million dollars.
A tentative trial date has been scheduled for November 14.
