Guam - The community is encouraged to learn about the ongoing changes to the Obama Healthcare Reform Law. Calvo's Selectcare administrator Frank Campillo presented some of those updates before the Rotary Club of Tumon Bay today.
He says aside from the regulations concerning health insurance, there are other regulations employers need to be aware of. "One of the new ones that many employees do not know is that the law mandates that employers provide a room for mothers to breast feed their babies and they need to be given time to breastfeed their babies and that time cannot be taken away from payroll," Campillo explained.
Campillo says residents can contact Public Health or any health insurance provider for more information.
