Attorney presenting on same-sex marriage

Guam - American civil rights attorney Evan Wolfson is on Guam and will be making a presentation at the Guam Legislature today. Wolfson is the founder and executive director of Freedom to Marry, which leads a campaign to overturn the Defense of Marriage Act and is working across the country to educate the public about why marriage matters to same-sex couples and their families.

He was co-counsel in the historic Hawaii marriage case argued before the U.S. Supreme Court and was named in 2004 by Time as one of the 100 Most Influential People in the World. The presentation is scheduled for 1:30.
