Guam - The federal receiver has been paid more than $263,000 for work performed during the month of September. District Court Chief Judge Frances Tydingco Gatewood approved the invoices for work the receiver performed on the new Layon landfill and their efforts to prepare for the closure of the Ordot Dump.
Principal Associate David Manning received the most, charging $45,000 for the month while vice president Chris Lund received $41,000. Vice president Chase Anderson and senior project manager Jack Tucker received $36,000 and $29,000, respectively.
