Camacho attends final Chief Executives Summit

Guam - Governor Felix Camacho is in Palau for the 14th Micronesian Chief Executives Summit. He joins other leaders from the region including the CNMI, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, Yap, Chuuk, Pohnpei and Kosrae. The meeting is to continue efforts to establish closer ties, expand future discussions and agree on beneficial initiatives to benefit the region.

Governor Camacho states, "From 2003 to today I would have never believed to see the huge strides in progress made by all of our regional leaders." He adds, "in the course of the next few days, we will establish permanent sub-regional institutions to ensure that all of our communities enjoy the prosperities of our hard work in the future."
