'Outgaters' also burglarized Dededo school

Guam - One of the schools that was the focus of bullying was F.B. Leon Guerrero Middle School, which that also had problems with kids known as 'The Outgaters'. The Guam Police Department has arrested a total of eight male minors who were skipping school and throwing rocks behind the Yigo school by cutting the fence.

GPD Spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia says five of the eight minors were also found to be responsible for three burglaries at Machanaonao Elementary School.  

More interviews continue and more charges and arrests are expected soon.
