Guam - Yigo mayor Bob Lizama says he's soliciting for local companies to help assist in the clearing of property behind F.B. Leon Guerrero Middle School. School administrators last week said they were concerned about 'The Outgaters', students who hid in the jungle area outside the campus and threw rocks.
Lizama says it was brought to light that the piece of property belongs to the Department of Education. He says once a permitting application is processed, his office could assist with clearing. As for the Outgaters, the Guam Police Department's Juvenile Investigation Section is currently interviewing students with hopes to have some closure by the end of the week.
