Senators have COLA discussions on tap

Guam - Lawmakers will receive public testimony on several bills this Friday to include Bill 492, an act to distribute additional COLA award payments for certificates of claim issued and to authorize the sale of general obligation promissory notes for payments to COLA awardees in reference to the Superior Court case.

In addition, a hearing will be held on Bill 491 relative to the business privilege tax on contractors.

Hearings begin at 8:30am on Friday at the Legislature's Public Hearing Room in Hagatna.
