Exhibition features boxing phenom Sarusal

Guam - The Guam Amateur Boxing Federation will hold an amateur boxing competition on December 4 at the Tamuning Gym. All competitors looking to fight must submit their name, weight and age in advance if they would like to participate.

Weigh-ins, medicals and match-ups for the fights will take place at 9am on the day of the event at the Tamuning Gym. Boxers and coaches interested in taking part of Team Guam as they prepare for the 2011 Pacific Games in New Caledonia are urged to compete in all future GABF events.

There are a couple of fights matched up already with local female boxer Gianna Sarusal stepping into the ring against Saipan Fighter Tara "Tarantula" Namauleg in a 3-round exhibition bout.
