Guam - A contract to hire an architectural and engineering firm has been signed by the governor. Local firm Coeval Design Partners will be taking assessments done by off-island company Sodexo to create bid specifications for repair and renovations at the island's public schools.

The Department of Education is set to receive millions of dollars in stimulus funds to make these fixes. In the meantime, Sodexo is expected to complete its full assessment by the end of the week. Shortly after the chosen A&E firm will work with those findings.
