Guam - A Traffic Congestion Alert has been issued for all motorists traveling along Marine Corps Drive. Traffic signal timing and synchronization have been affected by recent power fluctuations, which have caused abnormal delays at major intersections.

Efforts are underway to recalibrate all signal lights from Yigo to Hagatna, but motorists are advised to expect traffic delays and to proceed with caution.  Department of Public Works officials expect the problem to be corrected by Friday.
