Guam - The Guam Election Commission's board of directors will meet on Tuesday to certify the results for the congressional race. For now, the GEC board subcommittee also continues to review a total of 42 complaints filed between November 5-8. That subcommittee will likely present these complaints.
Meanwhile, the gubernatorial team of Carl Gutierrez/Frank Aguon, Jr. intends to file a lawsuit this week, alleging election fraud and are asking for the results to be de-certified.
