Guam - A massive power outage struck multiple villages including Tamuning and Hagatna and as far north as Yigo and as far south as Piti just before 7:30pm. Guam Power Authority spokesperson Art Perez says 15 circuits went down and power was tripped at the Cabras 3 and 4 power plants.

Perez says crews are working to assess the cause of the outage and restore power. He says the outage is expected to last about an hour.

Residents in Harmon say they heard a large explosion and saw a green flash light up the sky.
