Guam - Emily Magday on Wednesday pleaded guilty to charges of receiving a bribe, conspiracy, accepting gratuities for past services, and several counts of official misconduct. Magday, along with Marianito Bautista, is accused of accepting bribes from several individuals in exchange for expediting their tax returns.
She will return to court on February 4, 2011 at 2pm for a restitution hearing.
