Guam - Rescue officials responded to a report of an expired body at the Guam Premier Outlets area in Tamuning this afternoon. Guam Fire Department Spokesperson Joey San Nicolas says Engine 1 was activated at 2pm, at which time the body of a homeless man was found lifeless. The man's identity has not yet been released.
San Nicolas adds that the man's cause of death remains unknown.
GPD Spokesperson A.J. Balajadia tells KUAM News that the man refused transport by medics on Saturday after friends reported that he was sick. Police also ruled out foul play as a possible cause.
