Guam - Ten Department of Youth affairs officers graduated from two separate training events held by the Department of Corrections and the Superior Court Marshals. DYA director Benny Pinaula says the officers last Friday completed the basic officers training course as well as the officer survival training course.
Pinaula says they will continue this mutual relationship with other law enforcement agencies, as they are all dealing with a staffing shortage. He adds that five more DYA officers may begin more law enforcement training sometime next week.
