Guam - The Port Authority of Guam's motion to dismiss Watts Constructors' civil suit will be heard next month. Watts is disputing more than a million dollars in charges imposed by the agency after they sent cargo through the Guam Shipyard. The Port has filed a motion to dismiss arguing that Watts failed to exhaust available administrative remedies such as arbitration before filing the lawsuit.
The District Court has set the motion to dismiss hearing for November 4.
